YayVictor is a first-of-its-kind, patent-pending platform that allows members to compete in games in order to win homes.

For each home listed, a limited number of members  pay to play  to compete in a tournament game wherein the listed home is the grand prize.

The funds raised from the entry fees  ("the raise") are used to settle the homeowner and cover any associated closing costs.

​

The winner of the tournament gets the home plus additional funds held in escrow to cover any maintenance and property taxes up to 1 year.

This is NOT a lottery, sweepstake or gambling in any manner as the winner of the tournament is selected by skill and not by luck or chance.
